We are excited to begin registrations for our Sacramental Preparation for Confirmation!
To participate in the Confirmation program, youth in 8th through 12th grade must have completed at least one full year of youth group prior to entering the sacramental prep process.
Parent Meeting:
Sunday, October 8th at 6:30 PM in the Holy Family Queen Gym
Confirmation Prep Classes:
Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 PM in the Fr. Murtaugh Gathering Hall
Please select the appropriate registration form based on your youth’s grade and stage:
High School Students (Grades 9–12):
Green Registration Form
Meets Sundays after 6:00 PM Mass
Group Meets in the School Portables (PODS)
Middle School Students (Grades 7–8):
Purple Registration Form
Meets Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Group Meets in the School Portables (PODS)
Youth who have already completed one year of youth group may now register for the Confirmation Preparation Program.
Red Pre-Filled Registration Form
This form should have been mailed to eligible students.

Candidates are those who:
•are actively practicing Catholics,
• have reached their 18th birthday and are no longer in high school,
• have been baptized (Baptismal Certificate must be sent with registration form) and already received their First Holy Communion in the Catholic Church
What else should I be prepared to do once I sign up?
- Regularly attend Mass on Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation
- Choose a Confirmation name (Suggestions can be given)
- Choose a sponsor
Who Can Be My Sponsor?
a Person who is at least 16 years old:
• is a fully initiated Catholic (has received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation),
• is active, by regularly attending Mass and receives the Sacraments,
• Is not your father or mother, and
• if living with someone, be in a valid marriage recognized by the Catholic Church.
